Head of Partnerships

We’re looking for hire #1 in our partnerships team. This hire will head up our partnerships efforts in the UK, developing mutually beneficial relationships with some of the UK’s leading agencies, software companies, telecoms companies, influencers, entrepreneurs and more. These relationships will help open doors to the thousands of UK businesses that can benefit from our growing product suite. These relationships will be one of the core foundations of our revenue growth in the coming years. This role has an incredible capacity for professional, personal and financial growth. ABOUT THE ROLE
It will be your responsibility to locate, target, and build new partnerships with a variety of different business types throughout the UK. To date, we’ve experienced a variety of different businesses approach us with partnership interest, so we know first hand that the potential for mutually beneficial relationships is huge. It will be your responsibility to not only find partners but gain the trust and willingness of the relevant stakeholders, negotiate, sign contracts and ensure an ongoing successful relationship. You will be reporting to the CEO and will have his, and the Head of Sales’ support in your role, but ultimately, it will be your responsibility for the partnership to be an ongoing success. As the number of partnerships and responsibilities grow, the company is willing to expand the team to accommodate the growth, accordingly. It would be your responsibility to hire and train new persons in the Partnerships team. ABOUT YOU

You have experience working in Partnerships Development or Business Development, ideally in a B2B tech environment.
You have strong relationship and communication skills. You enjoy presenting and are comfortable working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
You are commercially savvy with strong quantitative and analytical skills. You enjoy negotiation and building business cases.
You are comfortable selling the business benefits of tech products product.

Sam is the Head of Sales & Development. Sam has over 10 years experience in new business sales, including extensive training and management experience. Scott is the Founder & CEO and comes from a financial background. He left the corporate world to start ResponseiQ and is an incredibly hard worker, leading by example. The sales team are tenacious, far from workshy and we genuinely like each other (or we’re hiding it well, I’ve not worked that out yet). We’re looking for people we want to spend time with outside the office. This time last year there were just 2 of us, now there are 23 of us worldwide, with 8 in the London office. ABOUT THE COMPANY
