Client Services ManagerOur unique London-based B2B prospecting service is looking to recruit an outgoing Client Service Manager. You’ll be responsible for taking the lead on the day to day client management, building rapport with both new and existing clients and working closely with the internal teams to deliver campaigns. You’ll hit the ground running digesting briefs, managing the copywriting and client onboarding processes. No 2 days will be the same so it’s important that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage workload efficiently.Founded in 2017, we are on a mission to provide best-in-class, white labelled, businessdevelopment services which translate into new sales opportunities for our clients.To be considered, you must possess the following experience/skills.-An expert listener - empathetic to the needs of our clients.-Ideally, you’ll come with a few years’ experience working in a client facing role, ideally within sales and marketing.-You’ll be highly organised with the ability to manage clients from a diverse workload.-Commercial awareness, with the ability to manage and grow your accounts.-You’ll have the ability to build relationships with ease and you’ll keep a cool head under pressure.-A team player attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.-Able to build and develop long-term client relationships.-A background in Business Development is desirable.-A background in working for Start-ups.-Comfortable working remotely.-Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and the suite of Google cloud-based products.-Comfortable learning and working with online software packages.This full-time position offers flexible and remote working conditions, however, you will be expected to travel to London on occasion for training and meetings.Shrinking violets need not apply - we need a confident, self-motivated, proactive individual.
