SaaS Employee Performance Management system app

We are looking for talented Android developer(s) with excellent experience in performance (KPI) management apps to develop our SaaS solution. There are many solutions similar to what we require and we will give preferance to someone who had developed a similar solution before (Web + Android). The developer must be a hard worker who does not compromise on system quality and must be a perfectionist in their work ethic.
Your main involvement will be development of the app and nothing more. The SRS is ready to be handed over to the developer and an active project manager and QA engineer will engage with the developer throughout the development phase. This solution will be offered on a SaaS basis to customers, and therefore we'd prefer working with a developer that already have experience setting up SaaS applications, or someone that has a performance management system that can be customised, upgraded or modified, to meet our requirements. The detailed software requirements specifications included herein are very similar to those of the typical SAAS application solutions, but we will rely on your experience to suggest any enhancements, features or functionality you think may set the solution apart from the rest/competitors.
The application will launch at a minimum with Apple and Android peripherals (mobile phones and tabs), but must be built on cross-platform technology to easily accommodate Microsoft and Blackberry devices, if feasible.
We want companies (our clients) to sign up to the system on their own (self registration). This will allow us to limit direct sales and allow us to market the application globally in a very short space of time. Each company will be able to have an account with us that:
* Has full access to the performance management system.
* Has their own database (in the solution) to manage their data
* Has system admin section for their own company system administrator to perform basic admin tasks .
* Has company reporting functionality where managers can setup their own dashboards to monitor employee performance
We want our in-house developer to take over once the system is ready to be deployed. We will do in-house code maintenance and will require you to help as a third line support where our 1st line and 2nd line support fails, and you will be paid per call escalated to you. In this regard, please quote your price in respect third-line support and development separately to the initial building of the application.
To win this bid you must provide example of any SaaS employee performance management (KPI) applications you previously completed, i.e. previous experience required.

Once you have this, please provide your proposal response in a word/pdf document covering our SRS, any recommendation you propose, technology approach, costs and timelines. - $3000.0
