Part time Software sales and customer success

We are a new innovative software startup focusing on service businesses that have remote based staff such as plumbing, property maintenance and electrical companies with 3-50 members of staff.
We provide job management software so that our targeted businesses can can manage their work, eliminate paperwork by doing everything electronically, dispatch and schedule jobs to their field based team who work on mobile Apps as well as receive critical information back (statuses of jobs, customer signatures, images, notes) instantly from their team out in the field. This makes it faster for them to invoice, get paid and provide a better more responsive service to customers.
We are looking for a skilled sales / customer success expert who can help convert trials to paid customers in a friendly way.
What you need to be able to do
Clearly demonstrate the product to potential customers and show its benefits
Understand the potential customers business and identify how our product can help
Identify High value trials and reach out to them
Follow up with trials that are close to expiration and gain feedback
Close potential customers and convert them from trials to paid users
Be tech savvy and used to using software
What you don't need to do (which is awesome)
Give customers the hard sell - If the product is good and you can demonstrate value, customers will subscribe
Generate your own leads - We use lots of inbound marketing to generate new trials
Visit customers at their premises. Everything can be done online

10-15 hour per week to start with (the role hours will increase as time goes on.) flexible working hours within the GMT window
