Structural Design for a New Build house

Ends 1 Mar 2018

Hi
I have recently been granted planning permission for a 3 storey new build house. I now require a structural engineer to undertake and design the following:
- Inspection of trial pits to determine ground conditions.
- Foundation design.
- Superstructure masonry design.
- Superstructure steelwork design.
- Lintels spec.
- Roof timber design.
- Beam and Block floor specification (Beam and block to all 3 floors)
- Drainage design (See below*)
- Issue of all information to Building Control for approval.
*In the approval there is a condition related to drainage which I also need to discharge as planning requirement. See below:
No development shall take place unless and until a drainage design has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The drainage design shall be accompanied by full details to demonstrate that the discharge runoff rate for the Greenfield site shall not exceed 5l/s/ha. The scheme shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of the development and shall be retained and maintained thereafter, to meet the requirements of the Manchester City, Salford City and Trafford Councils Level 2 Hybrid Strategic Flood Risk Assessment. The development shall not be brought into use until such works, as approved, are implemented in full and they shall be retained and maintained to a standard as set out in the SFRA.
Reason: To secure a satisfactory system of drainage and to prevent pollution of the water environment having regard to Policies L5 and L7 of the Trafford Core Strategy and the National Planning Policy Framework."
I need the job to be undertaken in a swift manner. Would like to start the works as soon as possible. Site clearance is scheduled for mid next week (7th Feb) and site visits, if required, will be available from then.
Obviously throughout the duration of the build I will need the ability to discuss the design if and when required.
I am looking for a fee proposal to cover all of the works mentioned above.
Thanks in advance
Lance
