We are looking for a Telesales freelance e to maximise the effectiveness of our sales team by producing high quality leads and working towards agreed set targets and profitable goals. You will provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
Your Principle Duites would be as follows:
Identifying opportunities, and book appointments for the sales team with the emphasis on high quality leads.
Pro-actively follow up leads generated for the Sales Team
Work closely with the team to achieve sales objectives
Attend weekly sales meetings with sales team to update information and discuss any issues
Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas
We require the following skills an knowledge:
At least 2-5 years working within a sales environment preferably within a proactive telemarketing role within a similar industry
Excellent telephone skills
High degree of accuracy
Demonstrated ability to prioritise issues
Must be able to deal with technical product information
Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
