Description of support work: 1. Helping to compile and keep up-to-date full database of business contacts
2. Occasional copy-typing, drafting and preparation of material for company website and business development material
3. Assistance in preparation of staff manual with assistance of notes currently being compiled by assistant planner.
4. Loading up documents to web portals for planning appeals and planning applications.
5. Helping to maintain consultancy website (currently under construction), including liaising with me to prepare creative content, copywriting and images for website.
6. Looking for and managing outsourcers and providing recommendations to me (e.g. design and graphics, website designers, IT consultants).
7. Assistance in assembly, organisation and researching content to Membership Site on Planning and Property Development (under construction)
Extra notes: An urgent matter that needs to be sorted is the setting up of an email address for my assistant. I have been using a website designer in the past to do this as he set up my email account but has proved unreliable in helping to address this matter. I will be terminating the relationship with his company and a new reliable IT consultant needs to be brought in to fix this problem.
I am also looking to refresh the branding and logo of the company and need someone either with design/brand marketing experience or who is able to help find an appropriate person to assist (e.g. via People per Hour).
I am away for a week on business in the Far East from 4-11 February with only intermittent email and internet access, which may affect the speed of my response in the meantime.
