Compensation & Benefits Manager

Duties and responsibilities: Provide support in the research, analysis and design of our global C&B strategy; Perform job evaluations including internal and external market compensation analysis to provide appropriate salary recommendations for new and existing positions in our countries; Analyse and understand local benefits trends and advise on benefit program design and enhancements; Lead salary survey data submission to participating surveys; Perform general HR analytics and create dashboards; Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, including accounting, finance, HR, legal and business leaders to assist in the design and communication of our C&B strategy.
