• Plan, develop and implement our SEO/SEM strategy
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization providing measurable ROI
to the business
• Identify key SEO/SEM KPIs and monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
against performance metrics by preparing and present reports regularly
• Provide advanced analysis and reporting on existing / future SEO and paid search
• Monitor diagnostic tools for site errors, enhancements and Search Visibility status
• Discover competitive gaps, and provide recommendations to improve
• Perform keyword research and mapping documents for SSGA Web properties
• Provide recommendations for SEO on-page elements and content/inbound strategy
• Monitor paid search campaigns on Google and Bing, and provide analysis/recommendations
• Align Organic and Paid Search strategies to maximize Search Engine coverage and efficiency
• Monitor industry news, trends, and shifts to align with evolving Search Engine Marketing strategies
• Communicate with the wider marketing team to align and improve over-arching digital strategy and work with web
developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices
• Strong understanding of on page SEO like indexation, structured data, canonicalisation, crawlability and a good level of
HTML and CSS skills
• Understanding of the holistic user journey via the organic search channel
• Hands-on Experience of the relevant SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Majestic, SISTRIX, STAT,
Searchmetrics, Google Analytics
