Advertising & Event Sales

We are a creative publishing and events company with market leading brands in a number of vertical B2B sectors. We produce various monthly and bi-monthly print magazines, along with associated websites, email communications and events in our various sectors. We produce and design our own content, manage our own print and mailing and sell our own advertising, sponsorships and exhibition space.
We are in the process of re-shuffling our team and as part of the new structure we are looking to out source some of our sales resource on some of our titles, so freelance media sales professionals.
We are looking to grow our sales presence by working with a small team of freelance sales individuals who can provide ongoing sales resource, initially in the area of business development, but quickly developing into recurring business, and therefore account management.
Our well established brands need a long-term sales resource to build relationships with marketing managers to secure sales on an ongoing basis. It’s a busy, target-focused, client driven environment, business development is key to the role along with a consultative approach to selling, strong negotiation skills, impressive sales presentation and closing techniques.
We would initially be looking for 20-30 hours a week, over at least 4 days.
