We're a well-funded, VC-backed startup, and we’re a geographically distributed company, with team members throughout the U.S. and around the world. We’re growing rapidly and are looking to bring talented new team members into our company who share our passion for helping others.
We’re hiring a contract Customer Success Associate to work in our Payroll department and interface directly with our caregivers and clients.

Strong communicator with superior phone presence
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
This role is remote (work from home). Applicants must be willing to commit to at least 40 hours per week during business hours (PST), including one weekend shift. Applicants must have access to a computer with reliable Internet service and bandwidth to interface with multiple open applications.
