I would like a Customer CRM / Helpdesk ticket system and Remote Monitoring to capture cpu ram and hdd AV/ backup with Remote control to control managed server and customer portal created so the clients can view there server status I need this to be webbased and I need the client app for the servers to feed the data back to the monitoring system to be displayed nicely would like to be able to set thresholds so email alerts can be sent IE if disk space got to low please see the images to see some outline to what we are looking for - £750.0
