We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated employee looking for a career in the Web Hosting and Services Industry. We are a small business that is experiencing growth in our industry. If you feel that you can provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis then this job is for you. Fully remote, also a plus if you are located in Arizona. This is a full-time salary position. Company laptop and equipment is provided. Workday is 9am - 6pm CST. Job Description: Handling incoming chat, call, and ticket queues. Escalate critical support issues to the appropriate channels Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues by customers by utilizing our internal channels Managing and developing support documentation and processes. Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Outstanding customer service skills and the dedication to the customer service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new concepts. US Citizen and Located in the US.
