Content for Daily Journal

Hi,
I'm looking for someone to write a couple of pages for my daily journal (max 1500-2000 words). The content should be tips of how you can relax, increase your self-confidence, morning breathing exercises, happiness tips etc. thus some research is needed behind it. I'm looking for someone that has a genuine interests in these types of subjects and can write beautiful and engaging content.
