Roles and Responsibilities
Handle HR operations like on-boarding, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and screening candidates.
Conducting Induction and training for newcomers and completing the joining formalities.
Managing and coordinating payroll and compensation activities in accordance with the labour laws.
Act as a point of contact for employees to address their issues and ensure the growth of the employee.
Research and execute new sourcing methods and recruiting strategies.
Talent Management and Development.
Build analytical and well documented reports regarding the employees and performance of the recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Qualification: Graduate, MBA in HR(Preferred)
Experience: 1+ years as HR involved in the full cycle of recruitment.
Strong knowledge about HR policies and laws.
Experience and knowledge about various job portals.
Good Computer skills.
Excellent Communication, Networking and Organisational Skills.
Ability to manage and lead teams.
