Oxford Brookes University is looking to appoint an outstanding Web Communications and User Experience Officer to join its web team.
This is a full time, fixed term post until 31 July 2021.
You'll be joining the team at an exciting time and will play a key role in the redevelopment of the University's web presence and move to a new content management system. This is a critical part of our new Customer Experience Programme, which aims to provide an excellent experience for all of our audiences.
You will lead the development and implementation of user research activities - a critical part of our web redevelopment project - and will deliver evidence-based recommendations to ensure redeveloped areas of the site deliver an exceptional experience for site visitors.
You will be skilled in writing high quality content that is optimised for online channels, and will have the flexibility to write content for a wide variety of audiences.
You will bring creativity and a team-player mentality to play an active part in our multi-disciplined web team and will have the confidence to work with staff members at all levels and across all areas of the University.

CV and Personal Statement:
