The Opportunity
Solar Mosaic is searching for a Vendor Manager to join a Consumer Lending Servicing Group. The group
is tasked with providing world class service to Mosaic Solar and Home Improvement customers and
investors. This position is responsible to both internal and external customers.

This role manages various aspects of vendor management, overseeing relationships with providers of
critical services for the servicing platforms. The incumbent is ultimately responsible for managing the
servicing strategy and objectives of our key vendor partners for our loan products as well as portfolio
management.

Primary responsibilities include:
● Manages vendor requirements and timelines to ensure they are aligned to the goals of the business
and our partners
● Manages inventory of process and systems enhancements, assisting in prioritization and tracking of key
milestones with vendor partners
● Manages daily oversight of vendor management practices
● Ensures that costs are managed tightly working with finance to accurately reflect costs in
forecasts and budgets
● Ensures that critical vendors are delivering services in accordance with SLAs and that they are
consistent with service and quality outlined in contracts
● Ensures compliance with Vendor Management Policy and Procedure requirements
● Manages the contract renewal process

Skills/Experience
● Experience managing vendors
● Experience with Consumer Lending products
● Proficient in Consumer Loan Collections Strategy and Recoveries
● Strong background in project management and requirements development/documentation
● Experience with building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, clients, peers,
supervisors, subordinates and other internal company staff
● Experience with managing risk management activities ensuring both service and quality levels are
adequately maintained

Qualification
● Bachelor’s Degree preferred
● Current experience managing a consumer loan portfolio and a team of customer service and
collection personnel
● 5 years’ experience directly related to managing vendor relationships preferred
● Skilled in project management and business analysis

Additional Skills
● Bilingual (English / Spanish)
● Experience in Financial Services and/or Solar industries
● Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, DocuSign, Google suite
