The Workday Product Design team takes a mobile-first, consumer-inspired approach to enterprise application design. Our team includes visual designers, interaction designers, and researchers; we collaborate and continually iterate to create an exceptional user experience. We expect you to
Push the edge of technology to create the next generation of product experiences
Have a love of transforming advanced interactions into simple and elegant products
Dive in and learn our complex array of systems and interfaces
Own designing, conducting, analyzing, and reporting on user-centered design research and usability studies for Workday products
Act as a champion for identification of our users’ needs and goals
Have eagerness and desire to collaborate with designers, other researchers, product managers, developers and executives
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Work collaboratively with other researchers to evolve our standards
Proactively identify new opportunities for delivering actionable user insights and great user-centered results
