A fantastic role has arisen at multi-award-winning Flight Centre Travel Group within the Documents Team for a Travel Documents Administrator in our head office, New Malden (14 minutes from Clapham Junction). If you have great attention-to-detail and fancy working for a world-renowned travel company, this is the job for you! You can join us on a 6-month contract or a full time permanent basis.

More about the role

The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver beautiful, accurate bespoke documents to customers in a timely manner. You'll be creating documents (on our Matrix system), performing document checks using Amadeus and Calypso, keeping records up-to-date, ensuring land arrangements are correct prior to document creation, uploading customer documents to printers and sourcing new/updated artwork for documents where required, all whilst ensuring accuracy and attention-to-detail.

Experience and skills we’re looking for:

  • Ability to juggle several responsibilities competently to assist specialist consultants
  • High levels of accuracy to minimise errors
  • As several packages will be used inc. InDesign, Photoshop, prior experience with these or similar is desirable but not essential.
