Contract
We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Technical Sales Recruiter in San Francisco, CA. This position will start as a 12 month contract with the potential to extend or convert.

In this role you will recruit for the fast paced growth within our client’s Cloud team.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and hire the best Cloud Sales talent and screen active referrals and online applicants

  • Manage an active and passive queue of candidates, doing what's in the best interest of the company and finding homes for candidates occasionally outside of direct focus area

  • Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate

  • Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines

  • Negotiate offers by partnering with Hiring Manager, Senior Management, and other groups as necessary

  • Sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, etc.

  • Mentor and provide guidance and direction to Recruiting Coordinators

  • Passion for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters

  • Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidate needs are met

  • Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries for Hiring Managers

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
