A breakthrough can seem like the smallest thing, but it can make the world of difference to someone on the autism spectrum. By becoming a Team Leader at The National Autistic Society, you'll help make every day breakthroughs happen more often.

We are looking for a Team Leader for one of our Support Living Services in Broughton. The successful candidate will coordinate and line manage staff teams around the people we support and their activities. You will display competency in managing and supporting staff around PBS and challenging behaviour. Reporting into the Services Lead, you will work closely with NAS Management and External Stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes for the people we support. Possession of a QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential and a PBS Diploma is desirable

We need you to be resilient, caring and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people and ideally have a background in supporting Autistic people in previous roles within a social care environment. You'll have a strong working knowledge of care standards and related legislation and have good report writing skills.

You may have a personal connection, a desire to work with or real life experiences working with autistic people. Your working pattern will be varied over a seven day rota and could include weekends.
