Hours: 5 mornings and 1 afternoon, 8.45a.m.-12.15p.m. and 1.10p.m.-3.20p.m. The role includes 30% whole class release time to cover PPA.
MDSA role: 12.15-1.10 daily
We are a two-form entry primary school, in Lewes, only a short train ride from Eastbourne and Brighton. Wallands is a school in a beautiful part of East Sussex, set in wonderful grounds and situated on the edge of the South Downs National Park. We have supportive, caring and dedicated staff and governing body and fabulous children.
We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant with an interest in supporting pupils’ learning. You will be based in a KS2 classroom and will be working with a number of pupils, supporting in lessons and in small groups. You will assist in promoting the learning and personal development of all pupils. You should have a passion for learning, be highly motivated and be committed to continual pupil development.
