Wade Macdonald is recruiting for this exciting new role we are looking for HR Systems Specialist with a passion and aptitude for data and advanced Excel skills to join a HR team based in Slough.
It will involve dealing with stakeholders at a senior management level so the ability to liase at a senior level is imperative. The successful candidate will be strong analytically as well as commercially.
You will be in charge of leading the delivery, implementation and maintenance of the HR information system to ensure our HR system works effectively
You will input and analyse employee and other data to provide insight, advice and guidance on operational and strategic HR initiatives.
You will ensure you create and generate accurate, user friendly, reports including developing a HR key performance indicator (KPI)
Provide intelligence out of the data, helping to spot significant trends in the KPIs and propose areas of action to be handled by the center of expertise
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum two years' experience within HR/HRIS, database input, queries, database management, and resolution of database-related problems. Advanced Excel and strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills are essential.
