As Industrial Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for impacting Channel sales, developing relationships with Industry Leadership and managing Independent Field Sales Teams. This individual will work from a home based office, encompassing frequent travel within a Geographic region.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Establish Key Performance Measurements and Sales objectives.
  • Drive profitable growth through end-user conversions and new Distribution
  • Perform strategic business reviews, pricing, quotation and Marketing campaigns
  • Work cross functionally with National Account Managers and Technical Teams to provide first in class support
  • Review, adjust and develop strategies that align with Industrial Regional KPIs
  • Effectively communicate competitive strategy, market conditions and new opportunities
  • Provide accurate Forecasting and P&L builds within assigned deadlines
  • Develop Sales Presentations tailored to Target audience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience with Industrial Distribution, other experience with Sealants, Adhesives or Spray Foams will be considered
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must currently reside in assigned territory
  • Experience with Budgets, P&Ls and Forecasting
  • Ability to analyze performance reports and develop sales business plans
  • At least 30% overnight travel
