Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead various initiatives across a matrix organization, to enhance business financial performance and improve customer satisfaction. You will manage scalable, strategic or operational programs or projects with quantifiable outcomes. As well, you will be driving commitment and accountability across stakeholders, while delivering on time and within expected quality standards.

You are responsible for

Identifying, managing and influencing key stakeholders effectively, across all Business Units (BU) and functional lines to promote shared goals and organizational alignment.
Fostering cross-functional collaboration with other businesses, functions and domains to drive full end-to-end systems integration and interoperability.
Embed sustainable change by actively engaging key members in regions/markets to aid in driving awareness & adoption to achieve real business benefits.
Defining compliance standards and KPI’s, evaluate program effectiveness and report outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
Employing Philips daily management and problem solving practices to drive ownership and deliver expected results in all EDI regions/markets.
Preparing regions/markets so they clearly understand, prioritize and organize for transformational activities (i.e. new Service/Product/Solution or Programs).
Cascading data elements throughout global leads deep into market and line leaders to provide insight and work collaboratively to develop countermeasures through problem solving if skills/gaps emerge.
Driving best practices and performance excellence across domains and regions, by identifying strong and weak performance areas, understanding the drivers and context behind them.
Constructing OLA/SLA as needed and ensure global key stakeholders are aware and properly prepared for new offerings.
You are a part of

You will report to the Head of Global Operations (O2C) in Philips Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) Business Group (BG), which provides affordable and integrated informatics solutions for health systems. We believe that by enabling intelligent decision-making and improving clinical pathways, our solutions will lead to better clinical, operational and financial outcomes across the health continuum.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Relevant BA/BS degree required (Master’s degree preferred) and 6+ years of progressive Operations/Program Management experience in a global environment
Deep understanding of project management methods and related tools (PMP strongly preferred)
Familiarity with performance improvement, change and transformational program management methods and related tools
Experience with healthcare industry enterprise systems (i.e. SAP/Salesforce)
Familiarity with standardized, role-based process documentation including work instructions and standard operating procedures
Robust system, process and financial analysis capabilities
Ability to drive accountability, alignment and decision-making among diverse work groups
Strong communication, presentation, leadership and delegation skills
