About the Role

The Office Operations team is looking for a bright, kind, and motivated Office Ops Manager to join the Office Ops team based in our Austin office. The Office Ops Manager  manages our local facility and the environment we create for our employees. Also, this role is responsible for aligning Office Ops processes across remote locations & managing the team’s communication platforms. This role will make a big impact on the employee experience by implementing facility, engagement, and communication strategies that are culturally on brand and foster an environment that is fun & efficient. The Office Ops Manager will partner very closely with the the Styling, P&C, and Client Experience leadership teams to collaboratively design programs and processes that evolve as the Austin team scales. You’ll join a team of creative problem solvers who are deeply connected to the people & culture of Stitch Fix. The Office Manager is essential in driving the Office Ops team goals to create an inspiring employee experience.

  • Manage, develop, and support the Austin Office Coordinator and partner with them daily to ensure a seamless and high quality office experience
  • Partner closely with Office Coordinators in other locations (warehouses, Pittsburgh office) creating a connection to the broader Office Ops team and aligning work as needed
  • Partner with local Client Experience, People & Culture, and Styling leadership teams on the strategic development and rollout of office programs that evolve with changing needs
  • Act as the Office Ops leader for the Austin office, aligning the group through related strategic communication and surfacing relevant information to the Director of Office Ops
  • Manage the strategic allocation and use of space in our Austin office, anticipating for growth & change
  • Create an office environment with a variety of inspiring, comfortable, and effective workspaces to meet our people’s needs
  • Curate office event programs & perks that make our people feel valued, inspired and connected
  • Lead the Austin Party Crew in the planning & execution of a variety of events through the year
  • Partner with the building management on high-level space management, security, and facility matters
  • Develop & communicate preventative emergency management & procedures
  • Partner with the Director of Office Ops and external vendors on construction projects, furniture purchases, office moves and other real estate initiatives as needed
  • Manage our partnerships with office vendors to ensure quality service standards are met
  • Manage the AQ office budget for catering, events, supplies, and facilities and track invoices for precise pricing & forecasting
  • Develop & maintain Office Ops team processes and programs to create a high functioning environment that is aligned to departmental needs and our culture (ex: commute program, employee onboarding, daily operations)
  • Manage the Office Ops communications platforms including our ticketing system, content & resources on the intranet, and surveys & data share out
  • Embody the Stitch Fix values and act as a leader and champion of our culture with both internal and external partners

  • You have at least 2 years of people management experience
