As National Account Manager you are responsible for impacting Account sales, developing relationships and working with Industrial Field Sales to impact National Accounts Brand pull through. This individual will work from a home based office, encompassing frequent travel within North America.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of assigned National Accounts, this includes Line Reviews, Marketing campaigns, Contracts and Operational best practices
  • Expand Relationship beyond Head Office with Account Sales Leadership and Key Field Stake holders
  • Work with internal departments to Develop Promotions and Marketing collateral supporting Industrial Field Sales pull through initiatives within your Account Base
  • Review, adjust and develop strategies that align with Industrial National Accounts KPIs
  • Effectively communicate with Sales & Marketing competitive strategy, market conditions and new opportunities
  • Provide accurate Forecasting and P&L builds within assigned deadlines
  • Develop Sales Presentations tailored to Target audience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience with Industrial Distribution, other experience with Sealants, Adhesives or Spray Foams will be considered
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must currently reside in assigned territory
  • Experience with Budgets, P&Ls and Forecasting
  • Ability to analyze performance reports and develop sales business plans
  • At least 30% overnight travel
