UCL Medical School is looking for a positive, proactive and collaborative administrator to play a key student-facing role in the Medical Student Support and Records Office acting as the first point of contact for students accessing medical student support services.

The successful applicant will share the running of daily student support clinics; manage the personal tutor scheme; process extenuating circumstances submissions; manage and develop student wellbeing events and initiatives; and issue academic transcripts for current students and graduates of the Medical School through their career.
Key Requirements
The successful applicant will have a good general education to GCSE/A level, NVQ Level I/II Administration, experience of working in an administrative role, high level knowledge of using Microsoft Office; will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a professional and constructive approach to colleagues and an empathetic and sensitive approach to students; will possess the ability to work independently and manage priorities; and will enjoy working in a busy, dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Experience and aptitude may be demonstrated through transferable skills and comparable achievements/training.
