Job Purpose and Mission

This role contributes to Starbucks’ success by ensuring a proactive partner resources coordination & administration role in support of the PRO team based at the EMEA support centre.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Administration support and travel arrangements for the PRO team
  • Support with learning administration and logistics (e.g. room bookings, delegates, training materials)
  • Manages logistics and administration of Talent reviews and Performance Calibrations inc. collation of partner data
  • Manages logistics and administration of Reward training for leaders
  • Responsible for coordinating maintenance and upkeep of PRO intranet
  • Raise purchase orders and processes invoices for EMEA PRO team
  • Support the data requirements for assigned HR projects and initiatives
  • Coordinates some cyclical processes where required e.g annual partner engagement survey
  • Supports where relevant, PRO, talent and reward documentation and processes
  • Facilitator of Starbucks immersion programmes from time to time
  • Maintains the PRO dashboard
  • Coordinates and maintains PRO noticeboards and coffee tasting rota
  • Coordination of team planning, holiday calendar etc
  • Manages paper booking system for PRO meeting rooms
  • Coordination of team planning, holidays, use of Microsoft Teams etc
  • Support booking meeting rooms for team meetings and interviews
  • Acting as a note taker/advisor for relevant meetings
  • Any other ad hoc PRO support as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Strong administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate/advanced MS Office suite experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills including proven ability to prioritise work effectively
  • Robust approach to work requiring attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to use initiative
  • HR experience would be an advantage but not essential
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality in the work environment
  • Experience of using a database system to track and report on KPI data
  • Able to act in a composed, customer focused and professional approach at all times
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly, open to new challenges
