:

The post holder will achieve defined targets of fleet sales, gross and operating margins primarily through the acquisition of new key and core customers. The optimization of the volume-margin mix with a portfolio of existing customers will also contribute to the achievement of the targets.

In addition to this, the incumbent will develop an action plan ensuring an efficient acquisition of new customers in the segments of the market targeted by fleet sales. Customer and market intelligence will allow make this plan successful.

In partnership with the Customer Service Unit and territory managers, the ongoing satisfaction of the customers has to be a permanent focus. There is a strong emphasis on working closely with other Fuels Marketing and Lubricants Sales teams.

S/he with customer responsive mentality will serve the customers with the aspiration of being the number one fuels supplier in Turkish fleet market.

Key accountabilities:

  • Market “Fleet Systems” by making presentations/visits to prospect customers

  • Fleet and Fuel Dealer communication and negotiation within DoA limits

  • Manage prospect customers and their queries

  • Coordinate customer complaints and claims

  • Ensure control of debtors and overdue together with Fleet CSU representatives

  • Follow up of customer credit line with banks together with Credit Control function and obtain security from the customers

  • Decide and follow up of the stop listed customers

  • Obtain customer data for Vehicle Identification Unit (VIU) programming

  • Maintain relations and coordination between the partners and customers

Essential Education:

  • University degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
