  • Safety & Compliance

    Ensure the company is in full compliance with all state, federal, local, OSHA, DOT and other regulatory requirements.

    Maintain knowledge of current and developing regulations.

    Provide training and guidance to the field on compliance with the Driver Qualification Files and minimum hiring requirements.

    Provide regulatory compliance support to Human Resources Coordinators and Field Managers.

    Perform Safety and DOT Audits as required.

    Develop and implement Safety and DOT policies and provide support regarding DOT compliance requirements.

    Track employee and contractor performance against Safety and DOT requirements.

  • Sustainability

    Develop and execute a sustainability strategy.

    Lead the effort to establish a sustainability vision for the company encompassing people, profit and planet.

    Ensure Red Bull is compliant in all areas local, state and federal EPA regulations concerning Sustainability.

    Serve as the central point of contact for all interfaces about Sustainability.

    Foster a culture of Sustainability through ongoing organizational communications and education.

    Formulate action plans with defined objectives, targets and responsibilities to support the sustainability strategy.

    Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement across Sustainability and Safety.

    Safeguard alignment with RBHQ for all external communications and EHS related programs.

    Communicate and coordinate safety and compliance objectives across the team.

    Provide reporting of key performance indicators to key stake holders throughout the organization.

    Develop plans and mitigation strategies where issues may occur.

  • Minimum of 5 years industry related EHS experience.

  • Knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, DOT Regulations, OSHA and ANSI Standards, and sustainability best practices.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Proven experience in defining strategies for all aspects of EHS programs.

  • Track record of leading large to small technical projects.

  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Must be approachable, a team player and drive for results.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Environmental Studies, Safety Sciences, Business Administration or additional relevant industry experience.
