Overview The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service management service organization structure. We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity Health's Medicaid population health care management pathways. Dignity Health MSO is dedicated to providing quality managed care administrative and clinical services to medical groups, hospitals, health plans and employers with a business objective to excel in coordinating patient care in a manner that supports containing costs while continually improving quality of care and levels of service. What You'll be Responsible For in this Role - Your Contribution & Career Journey The Data Analyst I provides IT Service Delivery or IT Resource Capacity Management support for the user community ; resolves low to moderate complexity issues. Follows defined procedures.

  • Support functional management by identifying and documenting the development or enhancement of processes and or services.
  • Able to understand, document and make recommendations for process improvements to peers and managers.
  • Understand a strategic roadmap
  • Collects and document risk evidence as directed for service quality issues.
  • Collects and identifies periodic operational and quality metrics analysis for improvement.
  • Identifies and works with various requestors to resolve potential conflicts.
  • Understands process and stakeholders. Identifies integration defects that hinder service delivery.
  • Understands service priorities and criteria of IT Service needs and opportunities
  • Support IT's commitment to improve patient care and safety and to support the healthcare workers
  • Understands IT Service best practice models and methods.
  • Follow quality of service guidelines for dealing with customers, completing services, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Conducts operational and program efforts in alignment with goals and objectives related to assigned area of responsibility.
  • Understands business strategy and the business processes.
  • Understands the process performance objectives of the organization.
  • Basic ability to understand and follow process.
  • Ability to understand business needs.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1+ years experience in an IT enviornment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelors, Associates, Technical Degree; and/or one or more IT, process or other relevant certifications; or equivalent experience required.
  • Advanced degree in Communications or related field, or equivalent experience required.

Additional Required Qualifications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic ability to understand and follow process.
  • Ability to understand business needs.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an IT role supporting healthcare or hospital/medical industry preferred.
  • Experience in a large corporate environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of health care environments preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
