We’re looking for a customer success specialist to deliver amazing support to our customers and engage with our audience on social media.
Although we’re flexible with working hours, we ask that you’re mostly available during our core support hours of 9am - 5pm EST.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Becoming an expert at using Snappa
- Responding to support tickets within Help Scout
- Creating support content and updating our knowledge base for customers to self-serve
- Posting engaging content on social media and growing our audience
- Promoting new content and company updates to our email list
- Aggregating customer feedback to help us make product decisions
- Previous experience in a social media or customer success role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Positive attitude with a desire to help our customers succeed
- Self-motivated, problem solver, and a strong willingness to learn
- Keen attention to detail
- A great eye for design
- Previous experience at a SaaS company would be considered an asset
