About the role

We’re Rollover – the UK’s leading hot dog company and the supplier of the best hot dogs in the world! We work with a number of companies, big and small, and aim to bring you some of the most exciting and tasty hot food and snacks wherever you are. Our products include a full range of free-on-loan equipment and a range of food-to-go products including hot dogs, gourmet dogs, burgers, popcorn and nachos.

We’re now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team. We’re looking for an individual that loves a challenge, loves food and who loves working in a really fast paced environment. The job is based in Slough, Berkshire and offers a great salary and very competitive benefits.

What’s this job all about?

We are on the hunt for the best Customer Service Executive out there! Your job will mainly be on the phone, chatting to our customers and making sure that we are making the most out of every call we’re on.

As well as answering incoming calls from customers to take orders, payments and queries, the bulk of this job is outbound calling. You will be super confident talking to people and will be excited about the opportunity to pro-actively call our customers to drive business, solve any problems, make appointments and conduct follow-ups. Don’t worry, you won’t be cold calling, as it’s all existing business, but you’ll need to be happy making sales calls. In fact, you’ll be a total whiz at sales calls!

What does our ideal candidate look like?

  • You’ll know all about what tip top Customer Service looks like. In fact, you’ll probably already be working in this field
  • You’ll be a smart cookie – ideally with GSCE in Maths or English or equivalent like NVQ/SVQ in Customer Service
  • Having a background in a call centre would be great, but don’t worry it’s not a deal breaker
  • You’ll have great communication skills and happy to be chatting away all day (to customers of course!)
  • Ideally you’ll be a whiz on Microsoft Word and Excel
  • You’ll be a pro-active thinker – able to come up with new ideas and solutions
  • Plus you’ll love food and will be as excited as we are about working for the company who makes the best hotdogs in the world!
