Option 1: Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm
Option 2: Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm

Enthusiastic and self-motivated, you’ll look after customers who are having trouble with their order or are unhappy with the service they’ve received. Looking after 50 cases at a time over a two week period, you’ll come up with the best possible outcome for each customer and make sure that they’re as happy as can be. Whether that’s sorting out a delivery date, finding a spec solution or speaking to a dealership about a specific incident. We’ll train you to deliver a service that is consistent and reliable so that each of your customers feel valued, understood and listened to. This is a great opportunity to build a career with us.
