TripAdvisor is looking for a self-motivated Content Specialist to help us ensure high-quality content on our site.

This role focuses on user-generated-content processes. We want to work with great people who can follow directions while working independently and who are able to keep up with our fast-paced environment. You will use language, analytical and organisational skills to support content processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and assist moderators with escalations
  • Help moderators maintain quality and speed of processing
  • Monitor user-generated content
  • Identify online trends and collaborate with the team to improve user experience and content management toolset
  • Utilising data analysis to support project ideas and automation
  • Track and report on content metrics on a regular basis
  • Assisting with identifying bugs or areas of improvement related to technology
  • Researching and implementing projects aimed at fixing bugs or areas of improvement
  • Assisting with training and mentorship of new team members
  • Assisting with, develop and maintain training documentation that supports consistent review moderation globally
  • Additional responsibilities will be assigned as necessary

What we need from you:

  • Native level Spanish, plus full fluency in English
  • Strong analytical skills: understands and utilises metrics relevant to the role
  • Excellent time management/prioritisation skills and multi-tasking ability
  • Experience with using web-based tools and databases
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to resolve user issues independently and to recognise issues that need to be escalated
  • Strong communication skills and ability to easily collaborate across a global team
