Ripple is seeking experienced analytics and data science professionals to join the growing Analytics & Insights team. Critical towards Ripple’s strategic growth of the Ripplenet network, this role will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and other teams to lead cross-functional data projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative environment, always with acute attention to detail. This role reports to the Head of Data Analytics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and own the analytics pipeline for the xCurrent and xVia products, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and other business units
  • Define & monitor key product metrics
  • Design scenario models to evaluate potential new product features, working hand in hand with Product Managers to drive feature roadmaps
  • Partner with Account Management and Finance to develop projection models
  • Develop a deep understanding of the network ecosystem and lead analytics projects to help inform our network growth strategy
  • Present analysis findings to senior leaders across the company
  • Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and other tools
  • Partner with the Data Infrastructure Team to define requirements for the data warehouse and data pipelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 4+ years in an Analytics/Data Science/Quant type role
  • Masters or advanced degree / coursework a plus but not necessary
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts
  • Solid understanding of graph theory and hands-on experience with network analysis a huge plus
  • Rock-solid, advanced-level SQL
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Python (preferred) / R or other mathematical programming language
  • 2+ years experience building dashboards with BI tools like Tableau, Looker or Mode
  • Familiarity with payments and remittances a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing, start-up environment
