Starting Salary Range: £25,781 to £26,828 per annum dependent on skills, experience and qualifications

We are currently looking for three (3) administrators to join our Registry department to support the running of academic assessment. This is a great opportunity to join a newly expanded team and gain valuable experience in various aspects of Higher Education.
Within this role you will support the Senior Officer with the running of assessment boards, ensuring academic staff are aware of relevant deadlines, inputting key data into our student database system (SITS), and preparing key documentation for assessment boards. You will also support the running of exams. You will have the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the assessment requirements and regulations of programmes of study at Regent’s, and deputise for the Senior Exams, Assessments & Awards Officer as required, So this role offers a great stepping stone if you are looking to develop your career within Higher Education.
Educated to degree level or equivalent you will be an organised administrator with some experience gained ideally within higher education. Some experience administering various aspectsof the exams process is a key requirement for this opportunity, so you will need to demonstrate experience of preparing documentation for exams, assessment boards and involvement in the running of exam days. Experience of a student records database or similar is also advantageous.
