SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

SECRETARIAL SUPPORT
  • Creates and updates forms and documents, coordinating the need for any originals with the Corporate Office
  • Updates Manuals for the Office
OFFICE DUTIES
  • Answers phones
  • Copies, collates and files as needed
  • Coordinates mailing for the Office
  • Faxes and e-mails as needed
  • Maintains payroll in coordination with the Corporate Office
  • Maintains reports as necessary
  • Maintains supply inventory with the assistance of the Office Manager
SPECIAL PROJECTS
  • Works with the Project Management team on any special projects
  • Works with office computer to provide documents as needed for the Office
  • Maintains supplies and keeps inventory
  • Assists with Accounts Payable and Receivables
  • Computer entry of data
  • Assists the Office Manager in recruitment efforts
  • Supports the Office Management Team with special functions (training, functions, etc.)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous Secretarial/Administrative Assistant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus, especially Excel and Word
