We have a great opportunity for an Administration Assistant to come and join our small team in Evercreech. You will work closely with the Depot Manager to ensure smooth running of the sales order taking process.

We are looking for an approachable, respectful and friendly person who will aim to exceed our customers’ expectations by being ‘customer-centric’ and placing our customers at the heart of our business processes.

In this role you will be:
Processing orders
Answer the phone in a polite and helpful manner
Processing of invoicing to customer accounts and assist with any customer invoice query resolution
Ensure complaints are handled in a professional and timely manner
Providing operational and administrative support

The successful candidates will possess the following:
Previous administration experience
Strong working experience of Microsoft office
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to priorities projects and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent time management
Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR
Health and Safety awareness
Self-motivated and able to use initiative
