We are looking for full time Accounting Admin to join our Office.
Must have a minimum of 2 yrs experience in basic / entry level accounting and working knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise.

General Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
Accounts Receivable - Equipment Billing / Collections
SAAS Subscription Billings & Payments
Payment Processing - Checks, Credit Cards, Merchant Account
Answering Phones, Greeting Customers

QuickBooks Enterprise - Min. 1yr exp
Basic Accounting Knowledge
Microsoft Office
Must Be Detailed Oriented & Able to Multitask
Must Have Strong Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal
Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug testing
